Dice mangos and bell peppers to similar sized chunks (ideally into about 1/4 inch cubes).
Finely chop your red onion. You want your red onion pieces to be smaller than your cubes of mango and pepper.
Throw diced mangos, peppers, and onion into a bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
Mix until well combined.
Add additional salt or chili powder to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips, on your favorite tacos, or pile onto a fresh salad.
