Ingredients

almond milk (or milk of your choice)

chia seeds

cocoa powder

tsp
peppermint or mint extract

tsp
honey (or sweetener of choice: sugar, agave)
Optional

mini semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a mason jar.
Put the lid on your jar and shake until all ingredients are combined.
Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 5 hours). Once the chia seeds have soaked up the milk and flavors, you can enjoy!
