Mint Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint or mint extract
  • 1 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice: sugar, agave)

Optional

  • 1 tbsp mini semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Put the lid on your jar and shake until all ingredients are combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 5 hours). Once the chia seeds have soaked up the milk and flavors, you can enjoy!
