Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease muffin pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients, minus the chocolate chips.
Next, add all wet ingredients and mix until batter is well combined. Then, fold in chocolate chips.
Evenly pour batter into the 12 greased cavities of the muffin pan. An ice cream scoop works great for evenly measuring your batter!
Bake for 25 minutes.
Once completely cooled, store in air tight container.
